Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying different sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
